Concrete, Terrazzo,  Marble (Stone) Polishing

Concrete, Terrazzo & Marble polishing has a hone or high finish look that does not require the high maintenance costs because it does not need to be waxed.

Polishing a hard surface floor requires grinding the surface of the floor several times to ensure a smooth appearance. A densifier or harden is used to help diminish the possibility of stains penetrating into the surface. A polisher is applied to allow for less penetration of dirt and soil on the surface.

Prices vary depending on condition of floor & other factors. Average price is about $3.00-$5.00/sq ft.

Payments for concrete, marble or terrazzo polishing are 50% before commencement of job and then 50% balance due upon completion of job.

Concrete or Floor Prep
When concrete or other hard surface floors are poured and cured, on occasion there turns out to be unlevel section or tile (issue called lippage). This issue needs to be fixed before the installation of hardwood floors, carpet or ceramic tile. We have specialized equipment that corrects this issue for our residential, commercial or industrial customers.

Pricing starts at $2.00/sq ft
Payments are due upon completion of job.

Removal of Floor Glue/Coatings/Mastic

Often when switching out a floor type existing floor type such as carpet or tile for another, there is a layer of glue or mastic on the sub floor that needs to be removed before the new floor is installed. We use specialized equipment for this purpose.

Under 600 sq ft pricing starts at $2.00/sq ft
Over 600 sq ft pricing starts at $1.50/sq ft

Vinyl Commercial Tile Stripping and Waxing
The process of stripping and waxing requires the use of a solution of a product, called a stripper and water to remove all the old finish and soil off the floor before applying a coat (or several) of new wax on the floor to protect it from abrasion and soil from foot traffic or any other use.

Old vinyl tile floor: .87/sq ft for 2500 sq ft and under
New vinyl tile floor:     .37/sq ft for 2500  and under

Old vinyl tile floor: .77/sq ft for 2500 sq ft and over
New vinyl tile floor:      .27/sq ft for 2500 sq ft and over
